We took off the old render to deal with the underlaying issues. We also dried out the walls. Then we used Dyrod damp proofing rods to permanently fix the damp proof course issue (DPC). Insulated the exterior with 90mm of EPS for better warmth and comfort.

In this project we used BBA certificate materials and 150mm insulation.

Two layers of material are used - one to offer insulation, and an outer layer of silicone render to protect against weather and provide a decorative finish.

Here you have few advantages that silicone render provides:

Owner wanted to change the windows so we had a chance to give this renovation fresh visual effect.

Nederland

This project reminds of Nederland houses. We used 90mm insulation with silicone render but this time customer requested colour that will stand out among other buildings. All used equipment were BBA certificated.

EWI system

We used BBA certified items for the whole EWI system. Customer requested for 90mm insulation also had a fresh vision for the decoration of his house to use silicone render with pink pigment which looks great in the sunlight.

All the products we used were BBA certified. This time we were doing KABE system and for this project we put 90mm insulation.

Our customer picked grey colour for the finish. To do the last decoration we used silicone render.
